Ramp up trip: Victoria Visit with Family… and Terry Fox! April 21st-23rd

No camping this weekend, but I tied in a bunch of cycling with a final visit to the Johnston clan. My first time taking my bike on the ferry – just $2, a bit cheaper than a car!

Saturday lunch with Uncle Neil, Sister Emma, and Grandma. Later a tour of Cousin Cole and Jo’s new place, delicious burgers with Emma and friends at Bin 4, and of course I had to swing by the Mile 0 monument.

Saturday route – Grandma’s to Mile 0
4860 miles to the other end in St. John’s.
“Wait, Newfoundland is HOW far?”
“Is it too late to turn back?”
An incredible man with an immeasurable positive impact on the world.

Sunday: Great ride with Cousin Lance out to Willis Point, then back to the mainland for my final working week!
